Decrepitude of the Southern Tier

Decrepitude of the Southern Tier was a project undertaken while the editor of Sobriquet Magazine lived and worked in Broome, Chemung, Tompkins, and Steuben Counties in southern New York state during the late 2000s. While we are no longer actively publishing material or seeking contributions to the project, we will continue to maintain this web presence both out of our own dedication to the project as well as for the benefit of those individuals and institutions who have enjoyed visiting the site over the years.
